RED FUJI APPLE (Product Code:FUJI)
Red Fuji is a collective term for the colored Fuji variety selected from the buds (branches) of ordinary Fuji. Fuji apples are hybridized with Guoguang as the female parent and Yuanshuai as the male parent.
Red Fuji apples are large fruits that are red throughout the body and have tight flesh. The average weight per fruit is 180-300 grams, and the maximum weight per fruit can reach over 400 grams. The fruits are mostly flat and round, with a fruit shape index of around 0.8.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the fruit of Red Fuji apples contains soluble substances of 17.2%, monosaccharides of 9%-13%, total acid (titratable acid) is 0.19%-0.25%, a sugar to acid ratio of 35-65, and vitamin C4.41 milligrams per 100 grams of flesh. It also contains essential nutrients for the human health, such as carotene, calcium, and iron.
